Heritage Advice
All
local councils in Victoria are encouraged to engage a regular Heritage
Advisor, whose role is to assess development applications relating
to heritage places (or places within heritage areas) across that
municipality, and to provide any other guidance, research or support in
relation to heritage matters.
Simon
Reeves has acted as heritage advisor to a number of local councils,
including a notable ten-year stint with the Shire of Bass Coast.
- Shire of Bass Coast (April 2003 to June 2013)
- Rural City of Swan Hill (June 2002 to February 2009)
-
Shire of Gannawarra (July 2002 to February 2009)
- City of Brimbank (June 2003 to September 2004)
In addition, Simon has provided casual or locum heritage advice to the Cities
of Bayside, Moreland, Port Phillip, Wyndham and the Shire of Macedon
Ranges.
